Summit School District prides itself in offering very competitive salaries for our employees. Our teacher starting salary is in the top 10 for Colorado. Our support staff salary ranges are set at the 75th percentile based on our market study. To estimate the salary for the position you are interested, use the salary schedule and the calculation below for the appropriate employee classification.

Teachers
-Max of 15 years of experience accepted

Support Staff
- 3.2% penetration into range for each year up to a max of 15 years
-Max penetration is 48%

Administrator/Exempt
- 8% penetration into range for each year up to a max of 6 years
- Max penetration is 48%

SSPs
- 4% penetration into range for each year up to a max of 12 years 
- Max penetration is 48%
